I have a favorite booth for Spicy Calamari and Lemon Martinis with a friend in Boston area. My mouth is a flutter.

Happy New Year to you both.

Lovely this backward glace with you, Shayla! I love the colors you've chosen for your new place. And very much admire your collaborations with your hubby. It's such a blessing to part of creative couple, isn't it? I know the feeling. Though your post reminds me that my hubby & I could need more date nights in 2012. 2011 was such a year of change & growth--personally, spiritually & creatively--it was amazing! I'm really excited about this year expanding on all of it. Great to be back in blogland after two weeks away for Christmas in the USA, and catch up with you here now. Wishing you & Jace all the very best in 2012--PEACE, LOVE & JOY! ((HUGS))

Great photo of the two of you Shayla! I've got my eye on that giraffe at the Art Shack.... and what did I enjoy most about 2011? Hmmmm .... Rediscovering Wild Coast holidays and enjoying my husband's company on a new level now that it's just the 2 of us for the first time in 30 years. (My daughter moved out and though we missed her terribly at first we are actually enjoying a new closeness). All the best to you both for 2012, Shayla!

What a nice reflection on a past year. Love the soft colour combinations....and the mud play. Not so much the calamari. Sending creative flow your way for 2012.
