Apple Blossom Art Journal Page

This is the second page based on the pink flowering crab apple tree. It's all ready for writing in, horizontally between the half circles.
Oh, and Jace my spouse-guy got me gerberas. Love that color!
How about some more pink? Head over to "How Sweet the Sound." Beverly is hosting a celebration of inspiring pink. There's even a giveaway at Cottage Farm Villa for some gorgeous goodies.

What beautiful photographs, I can never pronounce (or spell) the name of the flower but they are one of my favourites!

Denise, same as me- I had to double check the spelling and I still got it wrong! Can't pronounce them either, but they sure are happy flowers.

Thanks, Caren. Nice to meet you:)

Hello, Lady Jane. Yes, thank goodness for spring. Winter has me feeling frumpy with millions of layers of sweaters. Not much longer :D

Thank you, Denise Elizabeth, Virginia and G. Enjoy your weekends :)

Kathryn, I thought I was too "mature" for pink for a long time. I've been craving it lately. It does seem to give energy.

You know I have a thing for pink. I really really love it. The inspiration from your gerbera's, is truly reflecting in those pages...just wonderful. Those pencils look good too!

Thanks for visiting. How nice to meet you CC, Muse, Shelley, Sue, Joy and Robyn.

Hi, Binky. A little song- Fun! :D

Jeane and Jo, (Binky too) I always feel a little sheepish or rebellious when 'pink' enthusiasm hits. Too many years thinking of it as an unempowering color. Still, as artists we get to reinvent the meanings behind colors ;) If you have some pink, I'd be curious to see how you handled it.

Ro- we need a little enegizing around here with all the whites and blues of winter.
