Playing Hookey

These three were finished this weekend. I've been having a lot of studio fun, but was able to fit in a lunch adventure when mom's car got sick and stranded her in Moncton overnight. We discovered this rustic Italian restaurant where everything is homemade, from the sauce that taste like fresh tomatoes to the meatballs and pepperoni. I got a bottle of olive oil there, same price as the grocery store stuff, but that tastes so good.... just one drip on the finger makes my heart almost as happy as a sip of good wine.
Time to get back to my studio :)

Shayla, I love these pieces, especiallt the middle one.

It sounds like my kind of restaurant. We go to Pesto's at least 3 times a month to feast on their Italian fare. Hmmm, my mouth is watering!
